Secondary rhinoplasty

Secondary rhinoplasty – Cannes & Nice | Dr. Victor Médard de Chardon

NON-SURGICAL MEDICAL RHINOPLASTY

Aesthetic medicine of the nose (non-surgical medical rhinoplasty) does not replace reconstructive aesthetic surgery of the nose. It is particularly interesting in order to improve moderate disharmony of the nose, to correct the small imperfections of noses that have been operated on or in patients who are unwilling to undergo surgery.
Medical rhinoplasty calls for standardized techniques: injection of a filler product (hyaluronic acid, Radiesse), botox, peeling and/or laser.

PROCEDURE MODALITIES

Rhinoplasty by injecting fillers is carried out at Doctor Victor MÉDARD DE CHARDON’s surgery
Anaesthesia: Contact anaesthesia (EMLA) of local anaesthesia
Duration: 10 - 30 minutes

IMPERFECTIONS THAT MAY BE CORRECTED

Filler products: hyaluronic acid or Radiesse
- On the bridge of the nose: correction of cutaneous depressions, attenuation of slight lumps
- On the tipoff the nose: correction of slight asymmetry, correction of a depression
- On the base of the columella: to moderately increase the projection of the nose
Skin resurfacing:
- Peeling: to lighten the skin
- Laser: treatment of couperose and surface fine lines
Botulinum toxin (botox): treatment of paranasal wrinkles, attenuation of the tip of the nose that moves when talking (weakening of the depressor septi nasi muscle)

AFTER EFFECTS

Fillers last: 8 to 18 months
Botulinum toxin (botox) lasts: 4 to 6 months

TOWARDS OVERAL BEUAUTIFICATION OF THE FACE
